New mum hits back at trolls who shamed her 'exhausted' new mum selfie
Erin Kiernan's before and after baby pics left people wondering if they were the same person
A new mum who posted a selfie on Facebook to show just how knackered she is since having her baby has hit back at the "idiots" who left nasty comments about her appearance.
Erin Kiernan is a news presenter for WHO-TV in Iowa, US, and shared the selfie – above on the right – with the caption: "I used to think I knew what exhausted was. Hilarious."
She was then shocked when fans compared the picture to the professional headshot – on the left – she uses for her profile picture.
She received several negative comments, with some questioning if the pictures are of the same woman *eyeroll*
She shared the pictures side-by-side and hit back, writing:

'This doesn't even look like the same person!' Etc, etc...mean, nasty, hateful comments...
Newsflash!
These ARE NOT pictures of the same person.
The woman on the left is well rested, spent two hours on her hair and makeup, had a professional photographer take her picture (and photoshop it, I'm sure), and is in the "glowing" second trimester of pregnancy.
The woman on the right got two hours of sleep (maybe), hadn't looked in the mirror, took a selfie, did not put a filter on it and is covered with spit up and drool from a teething and very crabby baby.
You are an idiot if you think these are pictures of the same woman.
