Annabel Karmel's purple porridge
- Preparation and cooking time
- Makes: 2 portions
- 1tsp unsalted butter or plant-based spread
- ½ apple peeled or finely diced
- 25g porridge oats
- 25g blueberries
- STEP 1
Melt the butter or dairy-free spread in a saucepan.
- STEP 2
Add the apple and sauté for 2 minutes.
- STEP 3
Add the remaining ingredients.
- STEP 4
Stir over the heat until the porridge is bubbling and the blueberries have softened. Serve.
