This is a great breakfast go-to for your baby – and for you, too! Oats are a good source of iron and adding a vitamin-C-rich berries to your oats helps your baby absorpt the iron.

Frozen berries are just as nutritious as fresh, so keep a stash in your freezer to dip in whenever your family need a berry boost.

  • 25g porridge oats
  • 25g blueberries

    Add the remaining ingredients.

  • STEP 4

Stir over the heat until the porridge is bubbling and the blueberries have softened. Serve.
