Blueberry, apple and peach puree

- 3 Eating apples, peeled, cored and finely chopped
- 2 Peaches, peeled and chopped
- 50g Blueberries
- 4tbsp Water
- 1tbsp Baby rice (optional)
- STEP 1
Put the fruit into a heavy based, lidded saucepan with the water and cook over a low heat taking care that it doesn’t burn. Add a little more water if necessary.
- STEP 2
When the apples are soft, puree in a blender until you reach the desired consistency for your baby's age (smooth for first foods).
- STEP 3
If the mixture is too thin, stir in a tablespoon of baby rice to thicken and add texture.
