Ingredients

  • 50g Broccoli
  • 50g Mushrooms, chopped
  • 100g Pasta
  • 50g Mixed peppers, chopped
  • 400g Tinned tomatoes
  • 200g Cheddar cheese, grated
  • A pinch of black pepper

Method

  • STEP 1

    Pre-heat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas mark 6.

  • STEP 2

    Place the pasta into a small pan of boiling water and cook for five minutes, or until just tender.

  • STEP 3

    Place the other ingredients into an ovenproof dish, and stir in the pasta.

  • STEP 4

    Cover with the cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden.
