Broccoli, pepper and cheese pasta bake

A healthy mix of fresh vegetables topped with cheese makes a delicious quick meal, suitable from 11 months

  • 50g broccoli
  • 50g mushrooms, chopped
  • 100g pasta
  • 50g mixed peppers, chopped
  • 1 400g can tomatoes
  • 200g cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 pinch black pepper


  • Step 1

    Pre-heat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas mark 6.

  • Step 2

    Place the pasta into a small pan of boiling water and cook for five minutes, or until just tender.

  • Step 3

    Place the other ingredients into an ovenproof dish, and stir in the pasta.

  • Step 4

    Cover with the cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden.
