Creamy apricot dessert
This tasty dessert is packed full of vitamin C and calcium, suitable from 6 months

- 150g organic dried apricot
- 150ml apple juice
- 1 squeeze lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 250ml whole milk or greek yoghurt

Step 1
Put the apricots into a heavy based, lidded saucepan along with the apple juice, cinnamon and lemon juice. Simmer on a low heat until the apricots are soft and plump.

Step 2
Pulse in a blender and then stir into the yoghurt.
- Use any dried fruit you fancy for this recipe. Try mixing chopped figs or prunes with apricots for a different flavour.
