Easy potato wedges

Quick-and-easy potato wedges to go with your favourite seasoning, suitable from 10 months

- 1 large baking potato
- 50g Cheddar cheese, grated
- Seasoning (parmesan, paprika, pesto) ,
- 1 drizzle olive oil

Method

Step 1
Wash and dry the potato, then place on the centre shelf of the oven and bake at 200C/400F/Gas mark 6 until skin is crisp (1½– 2 hours).

Step 2
Remove the potato from the oven and cut it into thick wedges, then place the wedges on a baking tray or oven dish.

Step 3
Sprinkle or spread on your choice of seasoning, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle over the grated cheese.

Step 4
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
