Fruity chicken noodles

A colourful, high-flavour dish that can be fun to eat too, suitable from 11 months

- 70g red pepper, sliced
- 70g green pepper, sliced
- 70g mango, peeled and sliced
- 70g pineapple, sliced
- 70g chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch chinese 5 spice powder
- 70g fine egg noodles

Method

Step 1
Add the oil to a wok or large frying pan. Once hot, add the chicken and brown for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, bring a pan of water to the boil and add the noodles.

Add the fruit, vegetables and spice to the chicken, and stir fry for around five minutes, making sure the chicken is cooked thoroughly.

Step 4
Drain the noodles, chop into small pieces and serve with the chicken and vegetables.
Use scissors to snip the noodles into 1-2cm long strands.
