Fruity chicken noodles

A colourful, high-flavour dish that can be fun to eat too, suitable from 11 months

  • 70g red pepper, sliced
  • 70g green pepper, sliced
  • 70g mango, peeled and sliced
  • 70g pineapple, sliced
  • 70g chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch chinese 5 spice powder
  • 70g fine egg noodles


  • Step 1

    Add the oil to a wok or large frying pan. Once hot, add the chicken and brown for 10 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Meanwhile, bring a pan of water to the boil and add the noodles. 

  • Step 3

    Add the fruit, vegetables and spice to the chicken, and stir fry for around five minutes, making sure the chicken is cooked thoroughly.

  • Step 4

    Drain the noodles, chop into small pieces and serve with the chicken and vegetables.
