- small salmon fillet 1, checked for bones
- Baby pasta 50g
- small leek 1/2, sliced and diced
- Broccoli 50g
- parmesan cheese 3 tbsp, grated
- crème fraiche 4 tbsp
- Milk 5 tbsp
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- If you don’t have parmesan to hand, any full flavoured cheese, such as Cheddar, can be used.
- This makes a great lunch for mum too – add an extra touch of cheese and some black pepper – and don’t puree!
