Strawberry and passion fruit brulee

- 100g Strawberries
- 100g natural yoghurt or fromage frais
- ½ Passion fruit
- STEP 1
Puree strawberries in a blender until you reach desired consistency.
- STEP 2
Beat yoghurt in a bowl until smooth.
- STEP 3
Stir in strawberry puree.
- STEP 4
Pour mixture into bowls and add a scoop of passion fruit.
- STEP 5
Cover with film or tin foil and place in fridge – leave to set for about 60 minutes.
- STEP 6
*This recipe can be made with different fruits – mango is particularly nice. You can also use frozen or tinned varieties.
