Sweet potato and tuna pasta

Ingredients
- Cook At Home pasta stars 30g
- Sweet potato 1, peeled and cubed
- Potato 1/2, peeled and cubed
- canned tuna (in water, not brine) 80g, drained
- Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp, grated
Method

Step 1
Boil the pasta according to instructions on pack. Drain.

Step 2
Boil the sweet potato and potato until they are soft and then blend until smooth.

Step 3
Flake or mash the fish so the pieces are small enough.

Step 4
Mix the pasta, fish and grated cheese with the sweet potato and potato.
- Why not try canned salmon instead of tuna? Be careful to remove any bones.
