Angelina Jolie to adopt Syrian baby?
Mum of six allegedly filed for adoption but Brad Pitt isn’t impressed
Could Angelina Jolie be looking to expand her brood of six to seven? The 34-year-old is rumoured to be keen on adopting a Syrian baby girl following three previous adoptions from Africa and Asia – with or without Brad’s consent.
The actress and partner of Brad Pitt, has reportedly filed adoption papers at the Immigration and Naturalisation Service in Washington DC, but it features only Angelina on the forms. “Only Angelina’s name was on the adoption papers,” a source told Digital Spy.
This may be linked to further allegations that 45-year-old Brad Pitt isn’t too keen on the idea of adding to their ‘rainbow family’ of six. “He has made it clear that six children are more than he can handle. The idea of one more seemed ludicrous, but Angie is determined to complete her family,” a source told the Daily Mail.
The Hollywood couple are biological parents to Shiloh Nouvel, 3, and 16 month old twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline. Angelina adopted Maddox Chivan, now 8, from Cambodia in 2002, then Zahara Marley, 4, from Ethiopia in 2005. In 2007, she decided to adopt 3-year-old Pax Thien from Vietnam who is now 6. Brad Pitt has legally adopted Angelina’s children whom all have the surname ‘Jolie-Pitt’.
