Bugaboo auctions exclusive buggy for charity
The one-off Bugaboo Cameleon is being sold to raise money for HIV charities in Africa
Popular buggy brand Bugaboo has joined forced with British artist and designer Zakee Shariff to create an exclusive, one of a kind pushchair, to be auctioned on eBay to raise money for charity.
Bugaboo is using the auction to celebrate the two-year anniversary of it’s partnership with HIV charity RED, with 100% of the proceeds going to The Global Fund, which supports HIV and AIDS programmes in Africa.
Bugaboo has been working with RED since 2009, with 1% of Bugaboo’s total revenue since then able to provide treatment for over 70,000 HIV positive pregnant African women.
London-based mum Zakee has taken the Bugaboo Cameleon and used her bold style to spice it up with a vibrant lion motif, taking inspiration from her clothing line.
The exclusive buggy will be auctioned on eBay from October 25 to October 31, so make sure you put your bid in for a truly unique piece!
