Bugaboo launches the new Bugaboo Fox 5
Bugaboo have launched the new Fox 5 pushchair – how does it compare to the previous model Fox 3?
Bugaboo has launched the latest version of the brand's popular all-terrain pushchair, the Bugaboo Fox 5.
The new pushchair retains many of the features from the Fox 3 model, including large wheels and excellent suspension for handling rougher ground, while being smart and nimble enough to push around city streets. Plus, the carrycot converts into the toddler seat which can be used from 6 months onwards.
However the Bugaboo Fox 5 has a number of improvements, and promises to be Bugaboo's most premium pushchair.
What age is the Fox 5 suitable for?
Right from birth (using the carrycot) up until the child is around 4 years old or weighs up to 22kg. The buggy itself in pushchair mode weighs 12.2kg, coming in a bit heavier compared to the previous model Fox 3 (9.9kg).

One-hand functions – For busy parents with hands almost always full, they can control the pushchair with its one-hand functions — whether folding the pushchair, adjusting the handlebar or reclining the seat.
Large puncture-proof wheels and suspension – The enhanced full-suspension system has a central joint feature and springy front wheels – all to enable the pushchair to take on any terrain smoothly and comfortably. The wheels are extra large and are puncture-proof, (8.5"/22 cm and 12"/30 cm) guaranteeing effortlessly smooth rides whilst out and about for coffee dates, errands or a family adventure. The chassis design has also been altered to shift the centre of gravity, making it easier to manoeuvre.
Extendable toddler seat – The toddler seat is spacious and can be adapted as the child grows by extending the footrest and the canopy hood, giving the extra length of up to 10cm (4"). Likewise, the carrycot is spacious and breathable, the panels allow air to circulate to help cool when the weather is hot.
Improved basket – the large underseat basket now has extendable flaps for extra space.
Is there a Bugaboo Fox 4?

The Bugaboo Fox 5 will launch worldwide and is available for pre-order from 22 February 2023. The pushchair will be available to purchase in stores on 15 March 2023 in Bugaboo retailers and online at Bugaboo.com.
