Do you have children aged between 6 and 12? If so, do you fancy bringing them along to the head honcho offices of our parent company, Immediate Media, to talk magazines?
Immediate Media is hosting summer workshops for the young readers of its children’s magazines, including GirlTalk, Horrible Histories, Doctor Who Adventures and Match of the Day.
Readers between the ages of 6 – 12 will have the chance to chat with the writers and designers behind their favourite magazines.
The sessions will show how the magazines are put together, and also provide the opportunity for budding artists to get crafty and design their own pages.
It’s an ideal activity if you’re looking for something different to do this summer. Not only that, but Immediate will provide catering and you’ll take away a free goody bag. Not bad for a day’s work!
These short sessions will be on selected dates during August and September, held at Immediate Media’s London office. If you fancy coming along to one of the sessions, just send an email to email@example.com for more info.
