Corrie star welcomes baby daughter Sienna-Rae
Alan Halsall and Lucy-Jo Hudson’s baby daughter was born this weekend
Coronation Street actor Alan Halsall and former Corrie actress, Lucy-Jo Hudson’s baby girl has arrived 9 days late.
The couple named their little girl Sienna-Rae.
Lucy-Jo, 30, tweeted: “Our baby girl arrived fashionably late on the 7th September. We are proud parents to Sienna-Rae Halsall she is a dream xxx”
Her husband also shared the news on Twitter: “Lucy-Jo & I are delighted to announce the arrival of our little girl born this morning. Mother & baby are home with a very proud Father.”
A few months ago, they revealed that they were going to have a girl. Lucy-Jo told the Daily Mirror in July: “I screamed when we found out the baby was a girl, but Al cried. I’d only seen him cry once before – on our wedding day. Then he got teary again during the 4D scan he bought me for my 30th birthday. We were in awe, it was very emotional – we could properly see her, she even has my lips! He’ll definitely cry at the birth.”

Right now, the couple are enjoying time at home with their daughter. Alan Tweeted: “Please forgive @LucyJo_Hudson & I. We would love to thank everybody individually, but we can't stop looking at our little beauty Sienna-Rae x.”
Lucy-Jo added: “Thank you all soooooo much for your well wishes, being a mummy is the best feeling in the world I am madly in love with her xxx.”
