Eddie Murphy is expecting his (GASP!) 9th child
The 54-year-old comedy star's Australian girlfriend is pregnant - baby set to join 'big, blended family'
Eddie Murphy is set to become a dad for the 9th time. The Beverly Hills Cop star has confirmed his Australian model girlfriend Paige Butcher, 36, is pregnant with their first child after dating for 3 years.
Eddie, 54, already has 5 children - Bria (25), Miles (22), Shayne (21), Zola (15) and Bella (13), with ex-wife Nicole Mitchell Murphy, 47. They split up in 2006 after 22 years of marriage.
The Shrek star also has a son, Eric (26), with Paulette McNeely and another son Christian (24), with Tamara Hood.
Eddie also has a daughter Angel (8), after his brief relationship with Mel B from the Spice Girls.
A representative for Eddie says Paige is due to give birth next May and the couple "couldn't be happier".
"Eddie really is a family man and loves all of his children, so he's so excited about having another one on the way," a source told Mail Online.
"Even though he has 8 children by 4 different women, they all come together on holidays and for sporting events and hang out at his mansion as one big blended family.
"All of the children love each other dearly and the women, having all moved on with their own relationships, co-exist very well together."
