The Iron Man star revealed she encourages her kids to be exposed to muck as she thinks it helps build up their immune system.

Gwyneth has two children, Apple, 8, and Moses, 6, with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.

The Glee star has always been open about motherhood admitting it can be hard at times and that she occasionally suffers from guilt trips.
