Former Neighbours actress is reportedly five months pregnant
Holly Valance and her property tycoon husband, Nick Candy, are expecting their first baby.
The news broke after Holly took an Australian magazine Women’s Day to court to prevent them showing pictures of her looking pregnant. She had wanted to keep the news private, but the magazine had pictures of her sunbathing in Italy, with her pregnant belly showing.
The 30-year-old lost the case because thousands of advance copies of the magazine had already been sent out. The judge ruled that banning the mag would be pointless.
Earlier this year, when she is thought to have been about three-months-pregnant, she told You magazine that she was excited about the prospect of having a baby: “We will have a family, God willing, and when it happens I just want to be a mum. The biggest luxury on the planet to me would be to be at home with my child.
“Finally at 30 I am coming round to the idea of babies and Nick, at 40, is well and truly ready. I think he might just get his way. I can see it now: I will be the bad cop – the strict one – and he will be the fabulous, fun dad.”
