Holly Willoughby has given birth to a healthy baby girl after going in to labour a month early.
Holly, 30, and husband Dan Baldwin’s newest arrival is to be called Belle, and was born weighing 5lb 2oz.
A spokesman for the couple said: “They are thrilled and feel very lucky and can’t wait for their son Harry to meet his sister Belle.”
The TV presenter went in to labour on Tuesday morning when she began to get contractions a month before her due date.
Holly expressed her joy at the birth of her daughter on twitter: “Thank you for all your support these last few days,” she wrote, “Belle Baldwin finally arrived at 5.10pm today weighing 5lbs 2oz. She’s amazing. X”
Best friend, Fern Cotton, who visited Holly in hospital while she was in labour, also posted on Twitter.
She said: “So happy for my Holly dolly! A gorgeous baby girl!”
