Jennifer Garner shows what saying yes to your kids all day looks like
The Hollywood actress surrendered to her 3 kids for a full day - and here's what happened

Jennifer Garner and Team MFM don't have all that much in common, it has to be said.
She's an impossibly glamorous Hollywood fixture living the good life in LA and we're, well... we're not ?
But through her latest Instagram, we managed to find a little solidarity with the 45-year-old Alias actress.
Because the make up-less skin, the sleepy selfie expression, a hand propping up a fed-up head - that we know.
Turns out this pic shows Jennifer recovering from a whole day spent saying yes to the every wish of her 3 kids: 11-year-old Violet, 8-year-old Seraphina and 5-year-old Samuel.
She wrote beside it: "You’ll never need coffee more than the day after 'Yes Day!'. #fiveyearsrunning
"#wesleptinatent #inthebackyard #coffeeismyyesday #yesday #nationalcoffeeday #imgettingthehangofhashtags"
Now, the concept of an annual Yes Day comes from a children's book by author Amy Krouse Rosenthal, who Jen credits with giving her the idea.
It's certainly an interesting idea, one we've never actually given a go.
It must be a hit with the whole fam, though, because Jen says she's been hosting one every year for 5 years now.
And despite her tired eyes, we reckon she *secretly* enjoyed spending some quality tent time with her not-so-little ones ?
One suggestion: maaaaybe give up the tradition before they're old enough to say "mum, will you buy me a Mercedes, please?"
???
Have your say
Do you try to have an annual 'Yes Day' with your children? Perhaps you've got your own version of a 'Yes Day' treat for your kids? We'd love to know - share your stories on Facebook
