Jools Oliver has told the Daily Mail that she would like to add to her brood, as she wants to delay ‘empty nest syndrome’.
It is thought that this has been prompted by her oldest child, Poppy, 11, starting secondary school recently. Jools told the Daily Mail, “As they get older it’s quite emotional. It’s a big change because she [Poppy] is going to secondary school. I spent most of this week just crying,”
Jools and her celebrity chef husband, Jamie are also parents to Daisy Boo, 10, Petal, four, and Buddy Bear, two .
She went on to say, “I find it really hard, I’m really attached to the children and she’s the first one so the whole thing is a lot for me to take in but it is going to happen and empty nest will happen soon.”
“I think ‘well he [Buddy] is only two and a half’ but then I see how quickly Poppy [growing up] has gone. Maybe I’ll have another one.”
