Katie’s 1st pregnancy
Katie Price was the glamour model known as Jordan – a regular on page 3 of The Sun newspaper – when she became pregnant with her 1st child. Her baby’s father, footballer Dwight Yorke, ended their brief relationship and denied paternity until a DNA test confirmed he was the dad.
Just 2 months after he was born, Harvey was diagnosed as partially blind. Later, doctors diagnosed him with septo-optic dysplasia, which causes blindness and growth hormone deficiency.
He also has Prader-Willi syndrome, a genetic disorder that means he is likely to eat to excess and is prone to obesity and diabetes; as well as ADHD and autism.
Raising a son with profound disabilities hasn’t been easy for Katie, but in 2012 she told The Guardian that she plans to look after him for the rest of her life.
To secure his future, she's had a cabin built on a patch of land near the stables at her home in West Sussex, where she hopes he will live when he's older. "He'll always live at home. He's not leaving me," she told the newspaper.
Katie’s fairytale wedding to Peter Andre
Katie first met Peter Andre when they starred in I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here in 2004. After falling in love in the jungle in front of a live television audience, the couple got married in 2005.
Peter Andre's mini-me
Katie gave birth to Peter Andre’s first child, Junior Savva Andreas Andre on 13 June 2005. With his brown eyes and dark hair Junior is the spitting of his dad, and the Mysterious Girl singer reckons he has what it takes to follow him on stage too.
"He does all the moves, he puts me to shame," he said of then 5-year-old Junior in 2010. And in 2014, Peter tweeted a pic of his protégée playing drums before his concert in Southend.
When Katie’s first daughter was born, her love of unusual baby names began. Husband Peter was happy to help by coming up with Tiaamii himself by combining his mother's name (Thea) with Katie's mother's name (Amy).
Katie said they chose the first part of her name because she was "our princess".
"Katie always loved the name Princess but everyone thought it was a bit over the top," Peter told OK! Magazine in 2007.
"I loved it too but I wanted to name her after both our mums. Then I just woke up one morning and thought, 'I know! We’ll just put them together! If people don’t like it, that’s up to them.'" This is after all the man who came up with the song title 'Insania' during his time in the jungle for I'm A Celebrity...
So their daughter was named Princess Tiaamii Crystal Esther Andre.
The end of the fairytale
In May 2009, the fairytale was over and Katie split from Peter Andre.
Just 2 months later, she started dating cage fighter Alex Reid and the couple married in Las Vegas in February 2010. "I’m going to have his kids…I’ll change [my name on] my passport, cheque book, everything,” she told OK! magazine at the time. “I want to be traditional, the way marriage is meant to be.”
But a year later, the couple had separated and in March 2012 their divorce was finalised.
Marriage to Kieran Hayler
Katie then married plasterer and part-time male entertainer Kieran Hayler, who’s nearly 10 years her junior, in January 2013 in the Bahamas.
Katie's 4th pregnancy
Katie announced she was pregnant with her 4th child, just 5 weeks after marrying Kieran, in February 2013. At the time, Katie admitted to The Sun newspaper that the pregnancy was a surprise. "It has come as a shock. I would be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous because I have experienced miscarriages in the past," she said. "We are over the moon. A baby wasn’t part of our plans at this stage but anyone who knows me knows I am not one for sticking to rules and plans."
More like this
In June 2013, Katie revealed that her fourth pregnancy was the most difficult one yet. 'It’s the worst pregnancy I’ve had,” she said on ITV’s Daybreak. “Lots of problems with being anaemic, low platelets, a lot heavier than I was before, but it’s the 4th one so I know what to expect."
In August, Katie was on holiday in the South of France when her waters broke prematurely at just 31 weeks pregnant. She was rushed to hospital and managed to hold on for 1 week in hospital, but after developing a potentially life threatening infection, she had a caesarean section at 32 weeks pregnant. Jett Riviera was born on August 16 weighing just 5lbs 2oz.
Katie described giving birth to Jett 8 weeks early as "pure stress", in an interview with The Sun. "The baby's heart rate was really low," she said. "The next thing I know, a nurse is in my room saying: 'Get ready now. You have 5 minutes to shower. You are having [a] C-section soon.'"
After he was born, Jett had to spend more than a month in hospital while he was treated for breathing problems. But after 5 weeks, Katie was finally able to take her healthy boy home.
Only 8 months after having baby Jett, Katie Price was on holiday with her family in Cape Verde when she discovered she was already 6 months pregnant with her 5th child.
"I had some really bad stomach pains," she told Now magazine at the time. "I didn't feel pregnant, though. The day we flew home, we all got into the house at 1am and I thought the first thing I'd do when I woke up was a pregnancy test. When I did it, it came up positive."
Despite the shock, Katie was “delighted” with the news. But she didn’t know what was just around the corner…
Marriage on the rocks
The day after Katie announced her pregnancy, she tweeted that she was divorcing Kieran.
She alleged that he’d been having a "full blown sexual affair" with one of her best friends for the past 7 months. "Kieran is a disgusting human being doing this after I've just had a baby... and still doing it till I caught them," she tweeted at the time.
A few weeks later, heartbroken Katie underwent hospital tests after concerns were raised that the stress of her marriage break-up could be affecting her baby's growth.
But a month later, Katie revealed she was “sticking by” her husband after she said she’d used the lie-detector test from The Jeremy Kyle Show to get the truth out of him.
"It isn't normal. He's getting help. I can only stick by him and see what happens," she said.
Katie gave birth to her baby girl on 4 August, 11 days before her planned C-section. But it was 6 weeks before she revealed she’d called her baby girl Bunny.
"I wanted to call her Duchess Kate or just Duchess, but Kieran didn’t like that," Katie told OK! Magazine. "So, we’ve chosen Bunny, which we both like. It’s really cute, isn’t it?"
Marriage over - for good?
Despite sticking by Kieran after news of his affairs broke, not long before the birth of her daughter Bunny, Katie declared in August 2017 that she's now planning to divorce Kieran.
On an episode of Loose Women, Katie alleged that Kieran was involved in a year-long affair with her children's "smelly" nanny.
Katie's nanny has denied the claims made against her, but Katie insists that her marriage is completely over.
