Kim Kardashian revealed she is having a baby girl during the series eight premiere of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, on US Channel E! on Sunday.
The reality star's sister sister Khloe had said that the sex of Kim and boyfriend Kanye West's baby would finally be revealed on the first episode of season eight of their show, reports Hello! online.
During the scene where Kim is having her scan, her doctor said, "I don't see any pee-pees."
After being told that she was 99 per cent having a baby girl, Kim gushed: 'I am so excited to be having a girl, who doesn't want a girl.'
Kim also revealed that having a girl was what boyfriend Kanye West 'always wanted'

Meanwhile, Kim and sisters Khloe and Kourtney celebrated Kim's baby shower this weekend at her estate in Beverley Hills.
The invitation to the party was shaped like a music box and featured a ballerina dancing to a lullaby version of Kanye West's hit, “Hey Mama.”
When quizzed on the Today show about the invite and whether it meant they are expecting a girl all Khloe would reveal was, "Kanye wrote the lullaby", adding, "Kim loves ballerinas ... Kim likes what she likes."
Kim wore a long flowing white dress and kept cool by having a security guard hold a white umbrella over her head.
Kim is due to give birth in July, so we're getting mega-excited to meet baby Kimye!
