Kim Kardashian might have her hands full with North West – who turns 2 next month – but she’s made no secret of her desire to conceive a second child as quickly as possible. Kim wants her daughter North to have “a sibling close in age…just like she is with her sisters,” reports Us Weekly.
And now the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has turned to IVF to increase her chances of having another baby – according to the American mag. The magazine claims Kim has been trying for a baby for the last year, after she said her and husband Kanye were having sex “500 times a day” in a bid to get pregnant again.
And now she’s said to be ‘exploring other options’ – including IVF and surrogacy.
“Kim has been undergoing IVF,” an insider told the mag. “It’s causing problems with her body.”
On a previous episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, the 33-year-old had to undergo a procedure to “clear something out of [her] uterus.” And on Sunday’s show, she’s expected to reveal that an implanted embryo did not take.
Last month, Kim admitted that she hadn’t ruled out surrogacy. “I would like to hold out a little bit longer, and still try,” she told the Today show. “I still have hope, so I’m just going to keep on trying. Never say never. I mean, we haven’t talked about adopting.”
