Lance Armstrong becomes a dad for the fifth time
Cyclist welcomes baby daughter Olivia Marie and introduces her to Twitter – plus actor Neil Patrick becomes a dad by surrogate
Lance Armstrong has announced that he has become a proud dad again for the fifth time to a baby girl named Olivia Marie, his fifth child.
Tweeting his happy news to his followers, Lance shared, “Thanks to you all for your support and well wishes. Momma and Olivia are doing great. She’s a beauty.”
The proud dad, 39, also posted a picture of his newborn baby and announced that despite being days old, Olivia already has her own Twitter account. One of her first tweets was; “Hi I’m Olivia Marie Armstrong. Otherwise known as ‘Cinco’”.
This isn’t the first time Lance has introduced his newborn to the world of micro blogging. His son Max had his own Twitter account when he was a day old where his first tweet said, “Wassup, world? My name is Max Armstrong and I just arrived. My Mommy is healthy and so am I!”
Little Olivia joins big twin sisters Isabelle and Grace, 9 and Luke, 11, from Lance’s previous marriage, and 16 month Maxwell Edward from his current relationship with Anna Hansen.
Another celeb to join the daddy club is US actor Neil Patrick. Welcoming twins Gideon Scott, a boy, and Harper Grace, a girl, last week using a surrogate, Neil and his partner David Burtka vow to give their newborns “lot’s and lot’s of love”.
Congrats to all the dads!
