It’s no surprise to us that this video’s had a whopping 2 million views and 10k shares.
Even though it simply shows a mum from South Africa sneakily exiting her son’s bedroom after he finally falls asleep – without waking him up.
We all have our methods of escape after putting our little ones to bed. Tip-toeing or holding our breath seems like the most obvious course of action, right?
But this mum’s tactic is pretty unique: she lies down on the floor by the crib and wiggles her way across the carpet – her eyes on her son’s bed the whole time.
Her husband, Tyrone Morris, caught the whole thing on nanny cam and shared the footage on Facebook to praise his wife’s dedication to the job at hand….
“The best thing about having cameras in your house is watching your wife trying to exit the room after putting your son down!!” he wrote alongside the video.
“Sometimes you have to use your initiative for your exit!! PS The SA Army are calling me for you to do training on the reverse leopard crawl!!”
We’re no experts on military crawls, but we do reckon this A+ stealthy exit deserves some kind of a medal ?️?
Have your say
Alright, we’re dying to know… did/does your little one wake up the second you try to leave the room?
And what’s your stealthy secret for getting out without them getting up?
