So, which stars are expecting in 2019? The Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle, Kim Kardashian West and Alex Jones are just a few.

Here are all the famous mums-to-be and dads-to-be for 2019…

Sheridan Smith (Announced October 2019)


The BAFTA and Olivier Award-winning actress revealed she is expecting her first child with fiancé Jamie Horn after performing at the Stagefest cruise on Tuesday (October 15th).

Smith shared a quick glimpse of her bump to those in the audience, complaining she was already suffering from morning sickness.

Anne Hathaway (announced July 2019)


The Ocean’s 8 star revealed her second pregnancy on social media, also being very honest about some of the struggles she and husband Adam Shulman have gone through regarding having their family.

She gave a shoutout to “everyone going through infertility and conception hell,” hinting that she’s experienced her own infertility struggles.

“Please know it was not a straight line to either of my pregnancies,” she added. “Sending you extra love.”

Anna Williamson (announced July 2019)


The Celebs Go Dating presenter announced baby no 2 on Instagram, commenting that people may have noticed her ‘fuller figure’ of late. This will be her second child with husband Vincenzo, and a sibling to little Enzo.

Opening up about her mental health struggles with her previous pregnancy, Anna said:

“It’s been an important couple of months making sure this pregnancy is healthy, that baby is well (it is) and that crucially my mental health is in good order – as those of you who know me, will know I had severe peri and post natal anxiety when I had Enzo.

“I cannot thank the NHS Community Perinatal MH Team enough for their first class support and care – an absolute game changer.”

Nick Carter and Lauren Kitt Carter (announced May 2019)


The former Backstreet Boys singer shared this stunning pic on Instagram to reveal he and Lauren are expecting a brother or sister for little Odin Reign.

The news comes less than a year after the couple experienced the devastating loss of miscarriage.

Alongside the family portrait, Nick said: “Thank You God for giving us the greatest gift we could ever ask for.”

Keira Knightley (announced May 2019)


The actress appeared at a Chanel cocktail party in a sheer pale pink dress that revealed a baby bump: this will be Keira’s second child with singer James Righton.

Currently, they have 4-year-old daughter Edie, who will be big sis when the new baby arrives.

Blake Lively (announced May 2019)


Hollywood actress Blake Lively was spotted having a laugh at a recent public event with husband Ryan Reynolds, wearing a figure-hugging dress that clearly reveals a baby bump (see the full length pic on our Blake Lively family facts page).

The baby will be the third for the couple, who already have 2 daughters together, James and Ines.

Rachel Riley (announced May 2019)


Countdown presenter Rachel Riley announced her first pregnancy with partner Pasha Kovalev on social media, saying:

“Pash and I have a conundrum for you…you have till December to work it out! We’re over the moon excited.”

Days later she was spotted looking super happy at her first public appearance since the news visiting Old Trafford to watch Manchester United play Bayern Munich.

Lacey Turner (announced February 2019)


Lacey, who plays Stacey Fowler in EastEnders, announced her pregnancy with husband Matt Kay a few months ago, and shared this gorgeous baby shower pic weeks later.

The actress has spoken openly about having 2 miscarriages previously, and told OK! magazine: “I can’t wait to nurture our baby – we’ve dreamed of having a family for so long. When you’ve lost babies all you care about is the heartbeat.”
