The newlywed swimmer reveals photo of her growing pregnancy tummy on Instagram
Rebecca Adlington is 22 weeks into her first pregnancy – and is clearly proud of her growing bump. Posing for a clear selfie in the mirror with a hand on her hip, the 25-year-old shows off her round bump.
"#getyourbumpout" she commented. The Olympic swimmer is due to give birth on 4 June – which means her baby was conceived right at the very beginning of her honeymoon with husband Harry Needs in September. "The due date is 4 June so, yes, we must have conceived on the first day of our honeymoon in Venice," she admitted to Hello! magazine.
And the newlyweds are still clearly in the honeymoon mood as they enjoyed a weekend away in Yorkshire together, following Rebecca's second scan. Sharing a black and white picture of herself and husband Harry Needs smiling for the selfie, she commented: "Nice weekend away in Yorkshire with the hubby! So relaxing and just what we both needed!"
