Social media has gone into overdrive after a friend has revealed Louis Tomlinson is going to be a dad
Louis Tomlinson is reportedly about to become a dad. The One Direction singer is expecting a baby with Los Angeles-based stylist Briana Jungwirth, according to People.
The pair – both 23 – were spotted on dates in LA in May, but are said to no longer be in a relationship.
"Louis is happy and very excited about becoming a dad and he thinks Briana will be an amazing mother. It was a surprise at first, but he and Briana are very, very close friends and this has brought them even closer," a source said.
Although Louis is yet to confirm or deny the rumours, Briana's due date is said to be early next year. Louis plans to be a "hands-on dad" according to the source – even looking for a house in LA to be close to his baby.
"They are both really happy and although they aren’t in a relationship, their friendship is extremely strong and they are both really excited about the baby," the source added. "It’s early days and Briana and the baby’s health are the most important things right now."

Since news of the first One Direction baby broke, the internet has become awash with jokes and memes about the announcement. Comedian David Walliams was one of the first to poke fun.
Meanwhile, footage has emerged of Louis having a rather unfortunate incident with a baby doll while on stage.
Others implied that following Louis' bromance with bandmate Harry Styles, it's Harry that's pregnant.
But ultimately, the baby will effect the whole band.
