Toddler survives being flung from car

Two year old falls out after undoing car seat belt

A toddler who managed to unfasten the seat belt securing his car seat has escaped with just cuts and bruises after he was flung onto a busy road, reports The Daily Mail.

The two-year boy was being driven by his mum along the busy A352 road in Dorset, when he unfastened the seat belt holding his car seat in place.

The car door then opened and he fell onto the road still in his car seat.

Despite the busy rush hour traffic, the lucky tot escaped with minor injuries, and was kept in overnight at Dorset County Hospital.

Staff treating the bruised toddler confirmed his car seat had prevented more serious injuries.
