Bacon pasta bake

Two packs of bacon

Two carrots, chopped

Two cups of peas

Tin of chopped tomatoes

Jar of tomato pasta sauce

Bag of fresh pasta

Two cups of grated cheese


  • Step 1

    Chop bacon and cook in a slow cooker for one hour. 

  • Step 2

    Pour off fat and cook for another 30 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Add tomatoes, pasta sauce and vegetables to the slow cooker and cook for a further 20 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Place fresh pasta into an oven-proof dish and stir in the sauce from the slow cooker. Top with grated cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
