Creamy butternut squash risotto

A tasty first meal for your baby

You’ll need:

1 small butternut squash, peeled, deseeded and finely chopped (about 400g prepared weight)

1 tbsp baby rice

Makes 6 portions

What to do:

1 Place the butternut squash in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes until tender and then blend until smooth.

2 Place the baby rice into a bowl. Add 3 tbsp boiling water and stir until smooth. Add 4 tbsp butternut squash puree, stir well and allow to cool before serving.
