Step 2 In a large bowl beat together the sugar, eggs and yoghurt. Step 3 Add the melted chocolate and stir until well mixed Step 4 Sieve the flour and fold into the chocolate mixture. Step 5 Spoon mixture into 12 muffin cases. Step 6 Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C (160°C fan ovens) Gas Mark4, until risen and springy to touch, leave to cool Step 7 Melt the couverture in a small bowl, set over a pan of barely simmering water. Step 8 In a large bowl, beat the butter until soft, then sieve in the icing sugar, add the milk and melted couverture. Step 9 Beat together until combined and smooth. Step 10 Spread over the fairy cakes and decorate.
