Ingredients

  • 3 Baby/toddler biscuits
  • 10g Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1tbsp Cream cheese
  • A drop of vanilla essence
  • 4 Strawberries, raspberries or blueberries

Method

  • STEP 1

    Put the biscuits in a freezer bag and crush to crumbs with a rolling pin.

  • STEP 2

    Tip biscuit crumbs into a bowl and stir in melted butter.

  • STEP 3

    Place two cookie cutters onto a greased baking tray and press biscuit mix down inside the cutters.

  • STEP 4

    Chill in the freezer for 10 minutes.

  • STEP 5

    Mix together the yoghurt, cream cheese and vanilla extract.

  • STEP 6

    Using a fork, mash in half of the berries.

  • STEP 7

    Spoon the fruit and yoghurt mixture on top of each biscuit base, and decorate with a quartered strawberry or a whole blueberry or raspberry.
