Step 2 Tip biscuit crumbs into a bowl and stir in melted butter. Step 3 Place two cookie cutters onto a greased baking tray and press biscuit mix down inside the cutters. Step 4 Chill in the freezer for 10 minutes. Step 5 Mix together the yoghurt, cream cheese and vanilla extract. Step 6 Using a fork, mash in half of the berries. Step 7 Spoon the fruit and yoghurt mixture on top of each biscuit base, and decorate with a quartered strawberry or a whole blueberry or raspberry.
