Hollyoaks star Duncan James has opened up about his 11-year-old daughter, Tianie, and how she feels about his sexuality.
The former Blue singer, who currently plays policeman Ryan Knight in the Channel 4 soap, came out as gay in 2012.
‘She’s totally cool about me and my sexuality,” he told OK! Magazine.
“I think nowadays, living in a world that is so much more accepting of the LGBT community, especially in England, it’s great that kids are educated and know that it’s normal.”

That’s certainly lovely to hear - especially since Duncan has spoken about his worry over her feelings about his sexuality in the past.
It seems like Duncan has more than the above reason to be very proud of his little girl.
He also gushed to OK! about the 11-year-old’s dancing skills - which won her a coveted spot at the Royal Ballet School.
‘”I couldn’t be more proud. Over 2,000 girls auditioned and there were only 12 places and she got one.”
We bet mum Claire Grainger - Duncan’s ex-girlfriend - is rather proud too ?
