Method

  • step 1

    Bake the chicken fillet in the oven until cooked through.

    Steam the vegetables until tender and finely chop the cooked chicken.

  • step 3

    Blend the chicken and vegetables together to form a smooth puree, using some of the steaming water to adjust the consistency.
