Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie has spoken out about her desire to take her six children on a trek across Africa’s Sahara Desert for a whole month.
“We want to cross the Sahara. It takes 28 days. It would have to be on a camel. I wonder if we could do it in pieces and station the kids along the way?” said Angelina, according to Showbiz Spy.
“Zahara wants to get back to Africa, and Shiloh too. So everyone takes their turns in their country,” the actress added.
The news of this month-long holiday comes after Angelina and husband Brad Pitt announced that they are planning on quitting the acting business.
“I don’t love [acting] as much as I [did]. I love being a mom,” said Angelina, according to US magazine.
“Home is wherever we are. I’m very bad at staying in one place. I’m also bad at sitting still…There’s so much to explore in the world…So I love travel,” the Kung Fu Panda 2 star admitted.
“If you can travel I think it’s the best way to raise kids,” added Angelina.
Angelina also once said that her children are better off learning by travelling the world rather than taking standard classes in a mainstream school.
So maybe we will see Ange, Brad and their cute gang riding camels in the near future then!
