She only gave birth to baby Nelly 8 weeks ago, but already Billie Faiers is planning how she’s going to get her post-baby body back into its pre-pregnancy shape.
“I haven’t really done anything yet, I mean, I’ve been walking a few times with the pram with Nelly, which is really good,” she said. “You’ve got to give yourself a few weeks after you’ve had the baby because everything is going back to normal.”
But the 24-year-old admits “running up and down the stairs” has helped her lose some of the baby weight.
And the next stage is to train with her sister Sam.
“My sister Sam has got a personal trainer so she said ‘come and do some training with me’, so we’ll probably do that together because that way we motivate each other,” she said.
