David and Victoria Beckham’s new baby name boosts book sales
Naming their new daughter Harper has boosted the sale of popular book ‘To Kill A Mockingbird', while Harper’s big brothers do some family bonding
It has been revealed that sales of popular book, To Kill A Mockingbird, hve been boosted since the birth of David and Victoria’s baby girl, Harper Seven. This is due to the fact that baby Becks’ name was inspired by the book’s author, Harper Lee.
“A lot of thought goes into our children’s names and Harper was a name that we’ve loved for a long time for a couple of reasons. One is that Harper’s an old English name which we loved and the other reason was Victoria’s favourite book is ‘To Kill A Mockingbird,’” David told his Facebook fans.
Footballer David has also been sharing his cooking skills with his fans on the social networking site, posting a picture of his very-own homemade risotto.
“Having a daughter is a whole new thing. Having pink and lilac in the house, and you have to be a lot more delicate with girls than with boys and I’m not used to that so it’s a whole new experience but it’s an amazing experience. It’s a really incredible moment for all of us,” said David
Meanwhile, the Beckham boys have been spending some time with their aunt, Joanne Beckham. Auntie Joanne treated the boys to candyfloss and laughed and joked with them while they cheered dad David on as he played for his LA Galaxy team.
