Kelly Brook has spoken about her miscarriage last year and how it’s changed her life.
“My miscarriage was a hard lesson. Before I fell pregnant, I’d been living the life of a 22-year-old – going to clubs, working hard and flying to a different country every two weeks,” said Kelly, 32, in and interview with Top Sante magazine.
“When I first fell pregnant, I thought I could do what I wanted, but my body let me know that wasn’t the case. When I miscarried, I was devastated,” Kelly explained.
Kelly lost the baby girl she was expecting with boyfriend Thom Evans, 27, in May last year. Kelly told Top Sante, “It was the hardest lesson, but, ultimately, a good one.”
Kelly said, “Since the miscarriage, I’ve changed dramatically. I’ve reduced my workload, I’m eating more healthily and exercising more.”
Although she’s spoken openly about delaying baby plans for at least five years, Kelly’s comments to Top Sante suggest she could be ready for a baby sooner.
“I don’t want to leave it much longer before having children and if I was to fall pregnant now, I’d feel ready,” said Kelly.
