When the first episode of Five Star Babies: Inside the Portland Hospital aired last week, the lobster dinners and "hotel experience" staff were enough to make our eyes water – then came the bombshell of the £40,000 final bill.

Sharing a picture of the hospital's welcome pack on Instagram, Luisa commented: "So this little bubba will be born at The Portland. I've just seen there is a documentary on the Portland tomorrow night on BBC2. Can't wait to watch it!!"

Luisa, 28, is already mum to daughter Dixie. She added: "Loved giving birth to Dixie, was best experience of my life completely euphoric ❤️ so excited to do it again. #hypnobirthing #hypnobirth #waterbirth #labour #ThePortland"

The BBC described The Portland as: "UK's only private maternity hospital, where everyone from Victoria Beckham to the Duchess of York has paid a premium for the ultimate pampered birth."

After the programme aired, it got a mostly negative response on Twitter…

And after watching the programme, even Luisa had reservations…
