It’s easy to think that when you’re pregnant, you’re eating for two but keeping fit and active during pregnancy is vital – though one in three pregnant women aren’t doing it!
Recent research by MyVoucherCodes asked 1,093 women whether they maintained their fitness regime during their pregnancy. A third admitted they ditched exercise altogether, with 53% saying they were scared it could harm their unborn baby.
Despite the large number of pregnant mums who think it’s dangerous, it’s perfectly healthy to keep active whilst pregnant (just look at Denise Van Outen and her prenatal exercise regime!)
