Mrs Rooney has hit back at claims made by Closer magazine that she is constantly 'in tears' over being pregnant for a second time.
The weekly celebrity and real life magazine featured a picture of Coleen on this week's front cover, with the headline 'TEARFUL' plus a 'quote' saying "I can't stop crying - this baby is everything."
Choosing not to repeat the supposed quote, @ColeenRoo decided instead to tweet: "That Closer magazine chats some CRAP!!!"
Closer had recently reported the joy that Coleen felt after finding out she was pregnant. "When the test turned blue, I couldn’t believe my eyes. Wayne burst into tears! We’ve wanted this for so long."
They also reported that a source close to the couple added, "She’s been wanting to get pregnant for almost two years, so they’re overjoyed. Coleen’s shed so many tears over the news, though she’s putting it down to her hormones, too."
Although saying Coleen is 'constantly' in tears is possibly a bit dramatic, it wouldn't be unsual if she has been feeling teary. Being pregnant can be an emotional rollercoaster.
If you've just found out you're pregnant, now's a good time to start bulk-buying tissues! But don't worry, it's just those raging hormones heightening your emotions. Some experts think it's your body's way of preparing you for looking after your baby, making you more caring and sensitive.
