No matter how carefully you choose a place to eat when you’re out with little ones, it’s pretty much 100% guaranteed (or at least 9 times out of 10) that they’ll turn their nose up at everything on the menu. EVERYTHING. Joy. ?
So here at MFM HQ – where most of the team knows the wonders of dining out with kids – we couldn’t help but chuckle at this tongue-in-cheek children’s menu.
It was shared on Reddit, and pretty much sums up the response you get each time you’re out for lunch and ask your wee one what they want to eat.
The choice for young ‘uns includes everything from “I don’t know”, to “I don’t care”, “I’m not hungry” (natch) and “I don’t want that”.
Yup. Who else has heard each and every one of those cries when you’re down the local cafe?
And, inevitably – once they’ve made their decision – don’t they just spend the whole meal nicking food from your plate anyway?
Next time we’ll stay at home ?
What do you think?
Do you have fussy eaters when you’re out or are they pretty good? Do you even get them their own meals or just share out a bit of yours?
