With just 2 weeks to go until her due date, Sarah's been popping out pregnancy bumpdates, sharing the above mirror selfie with her 2.3million Instagram followers.

She wrote alongside it: "This pregnancy journey is almost coming to an end??

"I'm incredibly amazed of what our bodies are capable of achieving, growing a healthy baby inside our bellies is truly a miracle!

"Remaining positive through this whole experience has given me the extra strength I needed. After all, our thoughts lead to behaviors, behaviors lead to habits, and habits create our life!

Back inn August, she shared a vid on Instagram at (almost) 8 months pregnant - take a look for yourselves:

Accompanying the vid she wrote:

"As I'm nearing #8months I've wanted to share what's been on my mind. Since I've announced my second pregnancy, I've had certain "Instagram medical experts" tell me what I should and shouldn't do..

"And while I find some of the comments hilarious, I choose to only listen to my OBGYN and of course I also listen to MY body.

"If something feels off, I don't do it! I always do what's best for my growing baby and put him first! It's a proven medical fact that continuing exercising while pregnant has many health benefits for you and baby ????

"Clearly, I have greatly reduced the intensity of my workouts and stick to at home home exercises from my Fitness Ebook 2-3x a week.

"There are also some people who assume that since I am exercising while pregnant, that I'm obsessed with how I "look" but in fact I'm obsessed with maintaining a healthy lifestyle that will give my baby and myself the best possible quality of life ?

"Alternatively, I don't judge anyone who chooses to not be active while pregnant etc. as it's their own life... I'm just sharing my pregnancy journey and appreciate the positive support from most of you ❤️ "

At 7 months pregnant, the mum-of-one and lingerie model celebrated what she says will be her last ever 3rd trimester.

"Hello #thirdtrimester! ?? These past #7months have flown by ?" she wrote beside this pic, on Instagram.

"Trying to stay in the moment & enjoy every second since we don't plan on having any more babies after this one!!"

Naturally, fans are still focussing on the fact her teeny bump doesn't appear, in these pics, to have changed at all over the past few months.

Here she is at 26 weeks (6 months)...

And here she is at 5 months...

Wow, can you believe that's actually a lil' 5 months gone baby bump?

And if this pic is anything to go by, even LA-based Sarah's 2-year-old son James seems pretty 'Wowsers! Really?' over it.

The stunning model took to Instagram to share this snap as a way to announce her pregnancy.

"Yesterday he patted my tummy and said "my baby." Do you think 2-year-olds really understand?" she asked her followers.

Unsurprisingly, most of the ensuing comments focussed around Sarah's a-m-a-z-i-n-g abs.

"Where's the baby?" asked one, while another responded with "Wow! Teach me your ways!"

This isn't the first time Sarah has stunned the world with her pregnancy physique though.

When she was expecting James 2 years ago, she shared a series of snaps of her tiny bump and uber-fit bod, as well as a photo one week after giving birth.

However, speaking to People magazine, she says that her body is different with this pregnancy.

"I have a little bump, but this time I’m carrying a little bit differently," she said. "The doctor says the baby is a lot lower."

She also explained that she fully accepts her body will change, and is totally embracing it.

"It comes with the territory when you’re pregnant," she said. "It’s exciting, and it’s such a short period of time that your body changes, and in the end it’s all worth it."

Sarah also talked the mag through her workout routine, which she has apparently adapted for her pregnancy, saying she does 5 to 10 minutes of exercise every other day instead of her preferred 20 to 30-minute sessions.

"Chasing after a toddler, it’s really crazy to get to the actual gym, so I created my own at-home workout," she said.

"I’ve just been doing workouts when I can fit them in a few times a week at home. It’s not really cardio - it’s squats, lunges, a little bit of abs."

Oh yeah, us too, Sarah, us too...(ahem...) ? ?
