X Factor’s Sam Bailey reveals unusual car seat and buggy choices

The Doona has fully integrated wheels and a handle that folds out, converting it from a fully-safe group 0+ car seat into a compact stroller. The Doona is only suitable for shortish journeys - babies shouldn't be in upright car seats for more than 2 hours - but it's probably perfect as a light runaround for Miley when Sam is nipping around from place to place.

Miley's battery-powered 4Moms Origami pushchair

Sam has the another piece of parenting wizzardry for her pushchair. The 4Moms Origami is an amazing buggy that folds all by itself (yes really) and can even charge your mobile phone thanks to generators in the rear wheels that charge while you walk.

It has lights to make it more visible and an LCD dashboard with a thermometer and speedometer. Our MFM reviewer thought it was hi-tech heaven - but it comes with a hefty price tag (over £900 for the pushchair and another £150 for the carrycot).

From Sam's tweet, it looks like her Origami may have arrived as a gift, without the price tag...
