The best Mandalorian toys and merchandise for Season 2

With the arrival of the second series, there are now more Mandalorian themed games, toys and products than ever. In this round up we have listed 10 of our favourite picks, from rocket gauntlets and lightsabers to board games and duvet sets.

Kids (or adults!) can feel as though they are part of the Star Wars universe by engaging the special light and sound effects. 2. Star Wars Mandalorian The Child Animatronic Edition, £60

Age: 4+

This popular Baby Yoda (aka The Child) animatronic toy has 25 combinations of sound and movement. The toy is operated simply by touching the top of Yoda's head and he can giggle, move his ears and generate Force sound effects.

The figure is dressed in a soft robe and wears a removable Mandalorian pendant. You'll need batteries to get him to work and there's a one year guarantee included.

Reviewers on Amazon praised the toy as "fantastic" and as "a great fun Baby Yoda, very realistic to his virtual world character." Another added, "it's the cutest little thing! It's a great little friend for kids and surely much appreciated by adults."

3. LEGO 75318 Star Wars: The Mandalorian The Child Baby Yoda Figure, £69.99

Age: 10 +

This Baby Yoda LEGO project is one for slightly older children from 10 years old and up. The set contains over 1,000 pieces, meaning it should keep them busy for a while.

The final figure should look just like the characteristic character from The Mandalorian and can be proudly displayed once finished. The head, ears and mouth are also posable so you turn its head to switch things up.

Reviewers seemed exceptionally happy with the kit, as one reviewer on Amazon describing it as “the best Lego set I’ve ever purchased, it’s so adorable and I’d highly recommend it to children and adult fans alike.”

4. Monopoly: Star Wars The Mandalorian Edition Board Game, £50

Age: 8+

Monopoly has a long history of creating themed versions of the ever-popular family board game and you can now get your very own Mandalorian version.

Move around the board as one of the characters from the TV series including IG-11 and Cara Dune and access special extra abilities by passing Baby Yoda.

Then, commence battles and charge rent for your hideouts to see who can earn the most Imperial credits throughout the game. Don’t forget to protect Yoda or the game is over!

5. LEGO Star Wars Mandalorian Battle Pack Building Set, £13

Age: 6+

Kids can stage their own LEGO scene from The Mandalorian using the warrior mini figures, stud-shooting blasters, a speeder bike and a defense fort included in this set.

There are printed instructions included and you can also access an interactive version on the free LEGO app.

This set appeared to go down especially well with previous buyers who were impressed with the Mandalorian version. “This set is the best battle pack we’ve gotten in a long time,” said one reviewer on the LEGO website. “I love the designs and mandalorians in general, so I am super happy...definitely my favorite battle pack LEGO has ever made,” agreed another.

6. Star Wars NERF The Mandalorian Rocket Gauntlet, £20

Age: 5+

This rocket gauntlet will make your child feel part of the world of Star Wars by wearing and shooting their own NERF version of the fantasy weapon.

Some of the reviews mentioned this was a little small, so it may be best for younger children or those with slightly smaller wrists.

One reviewer who bought the gauntlet for their 9 year old uncle was impressed with the toy and recommended it to other buyers.

“So happy that I found this little wrist nerf gun to fit the task. He loved it!” the reviewer wrote on Amazon. “Worked as intended right out of the box and the nerf darts shot pretty far.”

This mini backpack is designed to look just like Baby Yoda, complete with sticking up ears to make it feel even more lifelike. A cute but practical buy with adjustable shoulder straps to help it fit comfortably as well as a top handle for carrying. There’s also multiple pockets for storage as well as printed lining to continue to the theme inside of the bag.

A pricier choice compared to other backpacks, but it's a great collector piece and proved popular with those who bought it in the past.

One reviewer on the Disney website described it as, “perfect, super cute design and very lightweight but a decent size”. The buyer also praised the quality of the backpack, particularly the applique Yoda and attention to detail on the design.

8. Star Wars: The Mandalorian Customisable T-Shirt For Kids, £10

Size: S to XXL

This t-shirt for children is customisable and available in a choice of colours; black, white, light pink, red, charcoal and navy. The simple t-shirt features the logo for The Mandalorian TV series and you can even get matching versions for adults too.

The t-shirts are made from cotton meaning they should be soft and breathable and they can be tossed straight into the washing machine when they need a freshen up between wears.

Age: 4+

This set of figures is designed for children from the age of 4 upwards to enact scenes from the popular TV series. The figures can race to battle through the deserts and launch projectiles from the included vehicle.

The figures are created to a 6cm scale meaning they won’t take up much room in the toy box but should still offer plenty of fun.

Previous buyers on Amazon rated the set an average of 4.7 out of 5 stars overall. One reviewer was impressed with the overall quality of the figures, describing the set as, “small but a good size to play with. Really fun and it’s very detailed.”
