‘Helping fathers to connect with their children is one of the best ways to improve their experience of childhood,’ says Rob Williams, new Chief Executive of the Fatherhood Institute.
He’s taken up the post after seven months as a stay-at-home dad.
One of Rob’s goals is to help encourage fathers to become more involved in their children’s upbringing and influence government policy to help0 them do so.
Rob is hosting a live webchat in the run-up to Father’s Day to give you the chance to put any questions about kids and dads. It takes place 12-1pm on Monday June 15th on the live webchats board.
The Fatherhood Institute publishes research on fatherhood and advises the Government and local authorities about policies and services which support father-child relationships.
