Charlotte is 8 months and up till now she always has water with her meals and throughout the day. Anyway I always give her cooled boiled water, but this morning I forgot to make her water so just used tap water.

So how long do I have to do the cooled boiled water thing as its a bit of a pain really when it comes to refreshing her water in the day as she always seems to want it when its still cooling !!!

It is fine to give babies tap water to drink in a cup after 6 months (that is the advice). We have been doing it since 6 months, my lo is now 10 months x
