    Hi

I've been reading through the posts on this board, I was looking for some new recipes to incorporate into the diet plan I am doing.

I've just read loads of stories on some fantatstic weight loss and some not so good stories of people who are hitting rock bottom because they can't get the weight off.

So. I thought I'd tell you my weightloss story.............

At 5 stone overweight I knew I had to lose weight, it was affecting me as a person, my health and my family. I've tried all the diets and all the slmming plls, including starving myself, being sick and using laxatives. Nothing worked, in fact it all made me feel worse and some made me really ill. I met up with a friend I had not seen for a while and she had lost loads of weight and looked fantastic. This of course made me feel even worse seeing how she looked and here was me fat and feeling frumpy.
She told me what diet she had been doing and I looked into it, but I still put it off for a few weeks, didn't want to let go of the choccy and crisps !!

Then around 11 weeks ago it was a really hot day, I walked into the school to take my son, with my head down and feeling hot and sweaty. Loads of the mums were dressed in summer clothes, there I was in jeans and a long cardi. I then had to walk home, up abig hill. It was awful, i was out of breath wit sweat dripping down my face and my legs were relly hurting. I literally collapsed in tear into the house.

That was it, that did it, I knew I had to get rid of the weight. I got in touch with my friend, 10 weeks on I have never looked back. i joined a group of ladies through a facebook group that were on a diet plan devised by a fantatsic lady who herself had lost loads of weight and tested the diet on friends and then decided to help others with the same plan. It doesn't cost a fortune - infact around £12 and that's it - plus you get 24/7 online support from hher personally and the members that are doing the diet - over 3000 members now .

Today, 10 weeks on I am 39 lbs lighter, with 23 lbs to go to a loss of 4 stone , i'm going to see how I feel at that point. I'm tall and large build, broad shoulder and broad hips so i don't want to look skinny then I will see if I feel I need to go down another stone to what would medically be my ideal weight. I now feel like a different person. The diet is low carb, low fat and I never feel hungry. I'm eating loads !! of healthy food and the weight is falling off me. I'm full of energy, my life has completley changed.

I wish you all good luck in finding the diet that suits you, when you do you will feel motivated and want to contimue eating healthy foods. i can highly recommend the type of diet I am doing. it really works
